We refer to the announcements dated 21 April 2006 and 23 January 2006 on the above.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to inform that Bursa Malaysia will not proceed with the signing of the licensing agreement with Joint Asian Derivatives and SGX-DT for the use of Bursa Malaysia's crude palm oil futures settlement price.
We attach herewith Bursa Malaysia's press release in relation to the above.
