Remarks :
During the financial year ending 31 December 2006 :
i) an interim dividend of 12.50 sen per share less 28% taxation was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 27 July 2006 and subsequently paid on 28 August 2006;
ii) a special dividend of 28.00 sen per share less 28% taxation was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 31 October 2006.
