The Executive Committee (EXCO) of Bursa Malaysia Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia") has decided to replace Johor Port Berhad with Transmile Group Berhad as a component stock of the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI). This move is taken as a result of the delisting of Johor Port Berhad pursuant to paragraph 8.15 (5) of the Listing Requirement. The Mandatory General Offer on Johor Port Bhd was closed on 19 May 2006.

The removal of Johor Port Berhad and the inclusion of Transmile Group Berhad into the KLCI will take effect on Wednesday, 31 May 2006.
