| Description | The following Director of Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Company”) has transacted dealings in the securities of the Company which are exempted from the general restriction on dealings during closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.06(a) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements in relation to his acquisition of interest in the securities of the Company by virtue of his acceptance of ordinary shares of RM0.50 each (“Plan Share(s)”) granted under the Performance Share Plan (“PSP”) of the Company’s Share Grant Plan (“SGP”) as set out in Table 1 hereunder.
