Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, Bursa Malaysia Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce the following award of ordinary shares of RM0.50 each of the Company (“Plan Shares”) under the Company’s Share Grant Plan (“SGP”).
The details of the Plan Shares offered to a selected executive, Dato’ Tajuddin bin Atan, the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Company are as set out in Table 1 hereunder. This announcement is dated 31 March 2014.
