Further to our announcement dated 18 December 2017, the Securities Commission Malaysia had on 13 February 2018 approved the Proposed Amendments to the Constitution of the Company pursuant to Section 9 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007.

In this respect, the shareholders’ approval will be sought at the 41st Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to alter or amend the whole of the existing Constitution of the Company by the replacement thereof with a new Constitution of the Company. The proposed new Constitution will be circulated together with the Notice of 41st AGM to the shareholders of the Company. For the shareholders’ easy reference, the Proposed Amendments (together with the tracked changes) will be made available on Bursa Malaysia’s website in due course.
