Further to the announcement on 28 March 2018, on behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that 268,750,371 Bonus Shares have been issued. The enlarged share capital of BMB after the Bonus Issue is RM412,242,084 comprising 806,251,271 BMB Shares.
The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 13 April 2018.
